If you have been online for more that 5 minutes, you will know that Google loves
links and one of the quickest ways to get links is Directory Submissions. But
who has time?
Plus There are so many Directories
to submit too - where do you start?
This is where I started Looking
for some to do Manual Directory Submissions for me. (anything automatic just
does not work) After getting a reference from a friend, I paid some money for my
site to be submitted to 400 directories and waited....
I expected to be waiting weeks
later...after all it was a lot of work (that's why I wanted someone else to do
it ;)
Less than 5 days later it
arrived....a fully detailed report telling me where my site had been submitted:

Quality Manual
Submission. Each website is submitted by professionals
Manually, which can guarantee the quality of the submission.

Up to 5 Profiles:
Each profile could include different URL, Title, Contact Email, etc.. During
the submission, the profiles will be Randomly Rotated.

Getting back links
from directories is one of the first items I look at after launching a
new site. Manual submissions are an integral but tedious, time

Please Note that:

Whether or not your website will be accepted by the link
directory, totally depends on the link directory site editors' decision.
And usually, it takes time for them to make the decision.

After you placed the
order, before we start the work, you could
ask for refund. Once we started the work, we will
not provide any refund.

If your website is already in some link
directories in the package, or the link directory is changed to be
not-free and reciprocal link needed, we will submit to up to 10 extra
link directories to compensate for that.

We may change the site information a
little bit according to submission guide if necessary. If you want to
keep anything (i.e. keywords) absolutely unchanged, please let us know
before the submission starts.

WOW! Talk about

What can be expected for your websites when submitting to link
directories?

Unique Back Links. Each link
directory may give your website a unique back link.

Higher Ranking in search
results in different search engines, including Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Increase Branding. The more
exposures the website has, the more people will remember and use it.

More Direct Traffic. It is
not as effective as before, but it is still a good source for traffic.
Will Google red flag my website if my site is submitted to hundreds of
directories in a short time?
It is unnecessary to worry
about that Google will red flag your site. Some "gurus" who have this kind of
theory. Well, did they ever show one solid example? I never saw one. There are
many link submission service, most of them will submit hundreds of links at
once. A few may submit at some intervals, but usually they charge more. The
question is: will this make difference to search engine? I do not think so.
Here are two facts:
-
Every link directory has their own schedule for
accepting 'free submission'. You link will NOT be accepted immediately
after the submission. Most emails sent from link directories are
confirmation emails. NOT acceptance emails. You will get more emails in
the following weeks. When they will accept it? Really depends. Some are
days, some weeks, some even months. It takes time for these link
directories to accept your site.

After your site is accepted, will search engine find
your link immediately? Of course, NOT immediately. Depends on the sites,
it takes time for SE to index your link on different link directories.
Days, weeks, or even months, all are possible.
Based on these 2 facts, the
time for Search Engine to index the site is spread out, not in a 'short' time
although the submission is done in one or two days. SE will not red flag your
site.
Suggestions to increase the Acceptance Rate?
- Website. The website should include useful information. If the website is
just a sales letter, most free link directories will not accept it. Site
Description.
- Site Description should be the introduction to the website. It should
include enough information. The common mistake is using a group of
keywords. The length should be greater than 100 letters and less than
200 letters.
- Adsense Ads. On each web page, it should not include more than 2 two
sets of adsense Ads. Otherwise, the site may be considered as Made-For-Adsense
sites. Most free link directories will not accept MFA sites. The extra
adsense Ads should be removed for 1 or 2 weeks, or even longer for the
submission.

I've tried a few
directory submission services and this is the one I like best. I start to
get a flood of emails from the directories not too long after placing my
order. I know this works as I've seen an increase in my traffic
that sticks around.
